Wagon & Horses

The Wagon & Horses was situated on the corner of Taplow Common Road and Parliament Lane. This pub closed c1860 following a fire, with a residential property built on the site. It apparently catered for traffic going to Marlow/Henley to avoid the tolls on Maidenhead bridge and possibly before the bridge was built.
