The Green Dragon in Hollington, Derbyshire is listed in both Pigot's and Glover's directories of 1829 with John Barker as the landlord. The last reference to it is in White's directory of 1857, in the hands of a George Orme. In the census four years later George appears to be an inmate of Derby Asylum. It's now called Green Dragon Farm.
