Carpenters Arms, Charlton, Gloucestershire

The Carpenters Arms was the sole public house of the small village of Charlton. Based between Filton and Cribbs Causeway, the village was demolished in the late 1940s in order to make way for an extension of the runway at Filton Airfield. The pub was situated on Hayes Lane.
