The pub had numerous temporary managers for years, failed to attract a
tenant, and, as at December 2010, the freehold is currently up for sale for
£400,000+ via Porters of Maidstone. The bricking up of the windows seems to
be the final nail in the coffin. Another community pub run down and sold
for redevelopment by property speculators Enterprise Inns. |
