Victoria Inn


The Victoria Inn was situated at 43 Rosegarth Street. This pub was closed and demolished in 1961.

This pub was owned by the Soulby, Son & Winch brewery until 1951 when it was purchased by JW Green of Luton.

The publican was Charles Woodcock from about 1890 to 1913/14. He was my great grandfather, he then later went onto another pub, The Ball Inn also in Boston. He was a publican for 55 years until he died at the age of 91.
