The Manor Tavern was situated at 11 Rectory Road. This pub has now been converted into flats.

I used to drink there in the mid 90s , the Landlord was old school East end , claimed he knew the Krays (anyone of a certain age living around there would claim that). His son would wait until the old man went to bed, and have an decent old fashioned lock-in.
