Name Dates Comments Tony McGuiness 1961/1963 My late father Joseph McGuinness was the pub landlord in the early 1960s. I remember the pub and local area vividly, as a 3/4 year old. At the back of the premise was Pickfords Depot and next door on the High Street was a toy shop. Across the road was a small children's park.
