The Bell Inn was situated at 35 Bell
Hill. The licence originally date from 1042 (granted by Queen Edith, wife of
King Edward the Confessor), but the pub was rebuilt in 1872, and the last
pub in Finedon, closed on 25 Jan 2026. The last landlord, Dennis Wilmott
(84), has been there since 1969. |
