The last time I visited the UK in 2015, my friends with whom I was staying and I enjoyed an excellent meal at the Moorings. I do not know if it had reopened as a pub, but the meal in the restaurant was excellent in every way. Quality, quantity, service, prices, and general atmosphere were superb. It was very busy, and I was told it is a very popular place.
