The Haywaggon was situated on The Green. This pub closed in 2012.

The earliest certain record of The Haywaggon is the will dated 15 July 1749 of Edward Bailey of Churchover who gave to his nephew William Ivens, yeoman, all his messuage cottage or tenement in Churchover. On 18 April 175 the property was conveyed from William Ivens to Edward Ivens (who had previously leased it) for £70.
