My mother and father used to frequent this pub as we used
to live down lower cape they used to send me to the off sales round the
back and ask the landlord to fill bottles with beer to take home for my
parents, I think the landlord was named Albert, my mother and father
were Joe and Audrey White. |

My mother and father knew your mother and father very
well, Jennifer and Brian Buckingham. My mother's mum and dad ran the
pub, Elsie and Albert Spraggett. |
