The Millstone Inn was situated at 30 Peel Street. The above photo shows my grandad delivering the first bus into Barnsley in 1907. Behind the bus is the Millstone Inn. My grandad also ran the Masons Arms in Shambles Street and my dad was born there in 1922. This pub is now used as Bar Loco.
