The Harwood was situated on Station Road. This pub closed on 2nd November 2013. The site was always the railway station for Pannal. Various owners have adapted the station buildings into a pub, at one time it had a Pullman dining car on the forecourt and was called Platform One. Now it is to be a Co-Op food mini market.
