Barbican Tavern

The Barbican was situated on Looe Street. Known as The Barbican Arms until the 1980s, this pub was called The Tap & Spile, then The Porter (see photo below), until eventually closing. It reopened as The Barbican Tavern and closed again in 2011.

This pub has now reopened as The Porter.
