Street. This grade-II listed pub closed c1891 and has now been converted to
commercial use. |

No.s 41 & 42. RCHM 108. Originally C17 and
probably refronted in C18. Now one building of a modem restored front of
4-storeyed stuccoed timber framing with cellars, a moulded cornice above the
3rd floor and a parapet. 2 3-storeyed 3-sided bays with modern modillioned
cornices. At the 2nd floor is a band. Roof not visible. Modern shopfront
