Abingdon Arms

The Abingdon Arms was situated on the corner of Brook Street and Davenport Place. This pub had closed by the early 1920s when it was sold to House Brothers (Watlington) Ltd, a bus and taxi operator. It is the building behind the telegraph pole in the above photo.
