The Hanover was situated on Queens Park Road. This pub also functioned as a restaurant, serving stone baked pizzas, steak, cod, and burgers among other things. It closed in 2023 after the owners began on plans from 2005 to build nine houses on the site. Four of these houses had already been built on part of the pub’s garden causing it to be significantly smaller. A pub had been on the site since the 1800s and it was demolished on 16th August 2024.
