Grapes Inn

 


The Grapes Inn was situated on Castle Street. This pub was originally built as The Poor House with the money provided by Henry Vll. It became an abattoir and this pub. It was demolished in 1936 and replaced by Keys Garage. This in turn was demolished c2008 and replaced by 37 and 37a Castle Street.
