My mum was the youngest landlady Robinsons ever had. Her and my dad ran the Oak inn when she was 19 years old in the early 1960s.

Name Dates Comments Derek Guilton 1950s I was a member of the Stockport Cavers and Climbers Club which held its meetings at the pub. Among my friends there were Joe Tierney and Denis Worth. The other names I've forgotten. I was then in my mid to late teens and I am now 83. We had a club hut up near The Wanted Inn above Chapel-en-le-Frith.
