The Alexandra Inn was situated at 63 Killigrew Street. This pub was closed in 1985 by Devenish and was, until recently, used by an insurance company.

Name Dates Comments Carl Jilks 1960/1964 My Aunt Cis was the custodian of the pub. Her Husband Eric died and she took over the running of the pub. My mother, Sheila Jilks sister of my Aunt Cis helped her run the place and I lived there with my mother and father for 4 years
