Name Dates Comments Sylvia Precious 1972/1974 My then boyfriend (later husband) were customers & friends of the then landlord & landlady - John & Beryl McGill. Although I don't know for certain when but poosibly in late 19th century, Mary the barmaid became pregnant by the then landlord & when he refused to support her (don't know if he was married) she killed herself. She used to rattle the door handle of one specific bedroom on the 1st floor.
