The Station was situated at 1 Station Approach, opposite Knebworth's train station, this pub was built in 1883 as part of the development of the village of Knebworth by the Lytton family who owner nearby Knebworth House. The building was a Greene King 'Meet & Eat' establishment at the time of its closure in February 2017 and was sold to a property developer. Residents registered it as an ACV soon after, but the pub remains closed.

This pub reopened in February 2020.
