Peter Shuttleworth 1983/1987 I worked at the blue anchor as a chef after gaining F/T employment with the Matthew Brown Manor houses. At the time, George Tsuchnikas was my boss. It was a great time working there after leaving Blackburn it was heaven to me and the villagers of Eccleston were a delight.
