My parents were the landlord and landlady from approx 1965 to 1971, Elsie and Leonard Lovett. I was only 4-10 years old!!  I hear lots of tales from Mum as Dad passed away a few years ago. I do know Engelbert Humperdink sang there as Gerry Dorsey!!
