The Duke Of York was situated on Nottingham Road. This pub closed in 1993 and was demolished in 1996. Flats have now been built on the site.

Name Dates Comments Colin Broadbent 1971/1975 I was Manager with my wife Joan. Initially the Pub was run by Mitchell & Butlers from Coventry and was later transferred to Bass Worthington Burton on Trent. I took on the Tenancy of the Regent Wharf from 1975 to 1980 when we left the Trade.
