The Bertie Arms was situated at 10 Hall Lane,
and named after the family which built Branston Hall. This
pub was built in the early 18th century.
The
inaugural meeting to institute the enclosure of land in Branston was held
here in 1765. It is now used as a private dwelling. |

Berties Inn is a house of one and a half
storeys, which was originally a public house built in the early eighteenth
century. It is constructed of coursed rubble and painted render with a
pantile ridge roof. The inaugural meeting to institute the enclosure of land
in Branston was held here in 1765. |
