The Oliver Twist was situated at 90 Church Road. This pub was present by 1867 and originally sold beer brewed by Crippen Brothers of Tottenham. By 1904 it had been acquired by Whitbread’s.  It closed in December 2005, was squatted for a while and is now in residential use.
