The Builders Arms was situated at 302 High Street. This pub was demolished and rebuilt as part of a road widening scheme. It then closed in January 2020, however planning permission had been granted November 2018 by the London Legacy Development Corporation for the construction of a rear extension, retention of public house and conversion of the upper floors to flats. Nothing has happened yet.
