Bridge House Tavern

The Bridge House Tavern was situated at 177-179 Morning Lane. This pub was established as the Duchess of Kent by 1872.  In recent years it has gone through several names, including Kente Spot, Roundhouse Tavern, Bridge House Tavern and the Fiesta.  It closed in 2008 and was converted to church use.  But in 2010 it re-opened as a wine bar / restaurant, which in turn has also closed.
