The Railway was situated at 11 Wells Terrace. This pub closed in 2013 and has now been converted to a branch of Starbucks.

Name Dates Comments Catherine Higgs 1980s I grew up in this pub my dad Terry (Terence) was publican I'm unsure if he was a relief manager as I was them just a little girl ... honestly growing up in it has mixed memories I can remember really weird things going on there the place undoubtedly was haunted. .it had a small yard out the back and was eerie and as a child I utterly hated it ..but I do remember everyone looked out for everyone and the place had a sense of community.
