The College Arms was situated at 1 Royal College Street. Closed in the early/mid-2000s, it has now beendemolished with flats built on the site.
Shortly before it closed black plastic bags were found ion its bins which contained human remains - a murderer was living just up the street and had used it to dispose of body parts.
