The Freemasons Arms was situated on Croydon Road. This has now been converted to flats. The tall gate on the left was designed for horse and carts to drive straight through.

The Apex Jazz Band, which plays at the Freemasons Arms, South Norwood, on Sunday evenings, are now going to play at the Waddon Hotel on Wednesday.
