The Globe was situated at 19 Market Place. This grade-II listed pub is now used as a coffee shop.

Listed building details:

Formerly the Old Globe Inn. Late C18 or early C19 stucco, timber framed core. Three storeys. Slate roof, central brick chimney. Two windows, flush frames, double hung sashes with glazing bars, on first floor with, frieze and cornice. Modern ground floor shop front. C17 or C18 overhang at back on Stert Street.
