I used to stop off at this pub
while working in the area. I found it after looking it up in the Good
Beer guide. The name of the publican/owner at the time was Willie
Pluzes. The beer I drunk regularly was "Old Spot". At Christmas there
was a special brew of Old Spot called "Pigor Mortis". I was in the area
again in 1999 and decided to take a look at the pub one more time, but
it had closed down by then. |
