Name Dates Comments Kath Lavender 1983/1986 The pub was a Bank’s house at the time and my ex husband Ken Lavender, we’re at the time the youngest managers that Banks’s had employed, there was an article in the Express & Star about us when we took over in 1983, we hadn’t long been married. During our 3 years there the pub was a very successful business, unfortunately our marriage didn’t survive and Ken has passed away recently, but I do have happy memories of The Grange..
