The pub closed in 2008, and the building
suffered fire damage in 2011. Approval was granted for demolition and
building of 57 flats. However, a revised plan has been submitted for a
reduced build of 39 flats to meet fire and safety requirements. Decision
expected by 9 Dec 2025. |
