The Rose & Crown was situated at 144 Wycombe Lane. This pub was known latterly as The Eagle and is now used as an Indian restaurant.
After the Indian restaurant closed in 2012, it became a used car dealership for a few years, before demolition in 2020 whereupon seven new houses were built on the plot.
